§2. Principles of data processing.
- The administrator processes personal data with respect for the following principles:

§4. Scope of processed personal data.
- The extent to which we process your data depends on what data and for what purpose you have provided us with:
- if you decide to contact us via e-mail, we will process the data you provided us;
- if you decide to leave a comment on our Website, we will process your data provided in the form used for commenting on the content of the Website;
- if you decide to subscribe to the newsletter, we will process your name and e-mail address;
- if you decide to order paid services, we will process your data which is needed to complete the order,
- other data processed by the Administrator are the IP address and other data saved in cookie files, which are used by the Administrator to analyze the way you and other users view the Website.
§5. Data retention period.
- We are not able to provide you with a single time period for which we will process your data. If you signed up for the newsletter, we will process your data until you cancel your subscription. If you ordered paid services, your data will be stored for the period required by tax regulations. We will process other data related to the provision of electronic services for an indefinite time, at least until you submit a request for data deletion or objection to data processing.
- When subscribing to the newsletter, we inform you that the Administrator reviews the activity of newsletter subscribers at least once a year. Users who have not used any of the links sent for six months will be considered inactive and removed from the database.
§6. Personal data breach proceedings.
- Any person who notices a threat to the security of personal data collected by the Administrator or witnesses a breach of personal data should immediately inform the Administrator about it.
- The Administrator should notify the President of the Personal Data Protection Office within 72 hours from noticing the violation, unless it is unlikely that the breach would result in a risk of violating the rights or freedoms of individuals.

- the right to access to the content of your data and
- the right to rectify, delete, limit processing,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to object,
- the right to withdraw consent to their processing at any time and in any form, unless the processing of your data takes place in order to perform the contract by the Administrator, in order to fulfill the Administrator’s legal obligations towards state institutions or to implement the Administrator’s legitimate interests.
